Guest guest
Sat Nam, There is a mantra for you. Do the second mantra below. I have included my notes on the two forms of the mantra. To move through writer's block use the BAY form. Blessings, Guru Rattana :+) Mantras for Allowing and to Clear the Space The following mantra translates as: True in the beginning. True throughout all the ages. True even now. Pure one, the truth will always be true. It has two forms. Both forms of this mantra align our energy with the Truth. (1) The first with BEE puts us into an accepting, and surrender mode. This is the last four lines of the mul mantra. Chant this mantra in a soft monotone when you need to cultivate an attitude of allowing. Ad such Jugad such He BEE (like bee) such Nanak hose bEE such (2) The second with BAY is more active. It breaks through the energetic blocks to make something happen. This is a good mantra to call upon when you feel blocked. It also sets your energy field so that your day can attract more possibilities and opportunities and you are able to take advantage of them. Ad such Jugad such He BAY such Nanak hose BAY such Chant the such like the hiss of a snake and feel it in your spine. This is an emphatic mantra. It is recited in a monotone with emphasis. Repeat it 3 to 11 times, preferably in the am to set the energy for your day. Repeat as needed during the day. Or do it for 11 minutes for 40 days to be able to call upon it at any time. Sat Nam, There is a mantra for you. Do the second mantra below. I have included my notes on the two forms of the mantra. To move through writer's block use the BAY form. Blessings, Guru Rattana :+)
