Sat Nam!

Other than the good rest......do you know good natural remedies for a muscle

strain (under the last rib in the lower part-right of the ribcage)?

Thank you all in advance!

Dear Sujan,

Young Living Essential Oils make an amazing roll-on product called Deep Relief

which works astonishingly well on  sharp pain. You can get it by logging on to

www.youngliving.com . and ordering it directly.  As a yogi this product is

invaluable because it works so quickly to eliminate pain. Banyan Botanicals also

makes a wonderful massage oil called Mahanarayan that is very effective in

eliminating milder aches and pains and could help this muscle strain from

reoccurring.  Good luck on your journey towards healing.

Satnam Sujan Singh Ji

The good home made natural remedy for muscle strain is to add  1/4 tsp of

curcuma (turmeric) to a glass of warm milk, drink it before going to bed for

three days and also put some hot towel at the the affected area . Please do not

do heavy exercises it can worsen the pain.

Sat Nam

Sujan,

I have been using a product called Eucamint, it contains yellow

petrolatum, eucalyptus oil, peppermint oil and citronella oil.

If you are interested in ordering it, www.botanicchoice.com or call

1-800-644-8327. You can use this product as a cough suppressant as

well. I hope this helps.

Peace Love & All Light,
