Our left side is our receptive, feminine side. Our right side is our action male

side. Both men and women have a left side and a right side.

The left side is our receptive side, so naturally the energy is created there.

The right side is projective and the energy dispensed. I don't know that it's a

hard and fast rule that we start on the left side but it has seemed natural to

me.

Sat Nam, In the book " Guidelines for Sadhana " you can find a class " circulatory

systems and magnetic field " where you can release what you need with laughting.
