Guest guest
Does anyone know of a different rendition of the Sat Siri Akal meditation other than the one that is at kri teachings? I am really not too fond of this one and I do want to keep doing the meditation for 1000 days. Sat Nam Leslie
Guest guest
Ha-ha, well it is inconvenient with every third repetition kind of squished but then, out walking the dogs this morning I found myself tramp tramp tramping to the rhythm. It does grow on one and that IS the way the SSSji gave it to us. I had never heard him be so specific about eye movement and listening and reading and chanting before. It is powerful this way, more so, I think than just closing my eyes and repeating what I remember. BTW:A thousand days is a long time but then again, do we have a thousand days to spare? Have fun! Guest guest
Sat Nam Sat Siri Siri Akal: This is the rhythm of marching as we cross the treshold into the Aquarian Age. With our timeless soul to the Wisdom that is beyond Words we shall live. From and through beyond Naad. We can make this into a hymn-sing-along to our liking and fall asleep as we sing, or we can keep the march up as we approach Nov, 2011. We don't mold a mantra to our likings, not even its rhythm. We find the Naad, become it, and flow with it to beyond the manifested creation, right in between Shiva-Shakti and the one Unmanifested Conscioiusness. A thousand days! Three years out of more or less seventy in this simple incarnation where we continue serving the mind and the ego. Three years out of 400,000+ in the Kali Yug. But we must live the ever-present time now. Your mind does not feel fond of it, your mind does not want to keep doing the meditation. But your Soul does! Allow your Soul to manifest and you shall know thyself. " If you can sacrifice your limited ego, you will always get in return an unlimited spirit; and when you get an unlimited spirit the universe serves you. " Yogi Bhajan See you on the marching realms of Naad.
