Guest guest
Good morning again group..... I have found another version of Sat Siri Siri Akal but a friend thinks is may not be acceptable for the 1000 meditation because it doesn't have the marching rhythm like the one that Yogiji instructed us to do starting Feb 14 MODERATOR: if you listen to it..it grows on you, the marching has everything to do with it. Because it imprints quickly in memory, Ive only done two days and I've already got it repeating in my head. Would you change a kundalini kriya because you didn't like everything in it? It's sung by Guru Ganesha and Snatam Kaur. Any input? Sat Nam Leslie
Guest guest
Sat Nam. I totally agree with Leslie about getting into the " Marching " tune and let it fill up our cells for healing our beings. It will grow on us. Ultimately, we can share with each other our experiences over the next 1000 days. May your love be strong, Sat Kartar Kaur
Guest guest
Sat Nam, I chuckle every time I think of this whole issue of liking/not liking the approved version of Sat Siri Akal . . . mainly because I don't like it! I don't! It's my least favorite version of this mantra & yes, I groaned when I saw that this is the version Yogiji chose for us to use. And then I laughed. Because not only do I get to do a 1000-day meditation to prepare me to enter the Aquarian Age with an invincible spirit -- I also get to work on overcoming my ego at the same time. As our moderator has commented, would we leave out parts of a kriya that we don't " like " ? I think it's the same issue here. What does my " liking " or " not liking " ultimately have to do with whether or not I use the Aquarian March? I can acknowledge that I don't like it right now, and still choose to do it as given, trusting that over the course of 1000 days my prickly preference will be softened by the practice. Or not -- ultimately it doesn't matter. Just that I do it as intended, to experience the benefits as intended. Guest guest
Dear Lily, It is never too late to start. Chant an extra minute for each day missed just to erase the idea that you might have missed something. The mantra is in the field now, so you are in it already. The universe doesn't count. The universe includes. Blessings, Guru Rattana :+)
Guest guest
Sat Nam You can join in at any moment. As we march, building momentum, critical mass, global psyche, projection and a sole vibration as One, we will cross the treshold into the Aquarian Age....aware and happy. Guest guest
It is never too late to join in. Simply commit and keep up. I do agree that it starts out grating, but quickly becomes a part of my thoughts during the day. Brings a smile and uplifting, strangely. And rightly so as we are to project the positive potential of the aquarian age among so many distressed souls struggling with the energy changes and shifts. yipee.
