Guest guest
Sat Nam I asked this same question of KRI and was informed that it is the Nirinjan Kaur 'Aquarian March' music which should be used. However, remember that this can be MP3 downloaded free from the KRI website - donation optional. Many blessings to all, Guru Ram Kaur, Sohan Jalaiai Centre UK. I'm sure that many would say to keep to the original teachings, and not stray. But for me I feel it is a matter of doing it or not. There is a good chance I just might not do it, or I may just end up chanting without the Aquarian March, and just add 4 min. of the mantra to the morning Sadhana. I humbly respect the teaching of our dear teacher Yogiji, and feel at times I need to adjust things a bit to meet my needs. This is totally my personal account, and I am not suggesting anything to anyone, other than to listen to your and intuition; and know the difference between intuition and ego. Guest guest
Sat Nam. When Yogi Bhajan first gave this meditation, the Narinjan Kaur version was specifically given. It is called the Aquarian March and it conveys a strong sense of moving forward together as one. It has a very powerful rhythmic pulse which allows us to overcome any and all negative energies that may manifest to resist the opening of the Aquarian Age. There is also a multiplication of the power of our group projection when we are all chanting the same mantra with the same melody and tempo. This is a great example of one of Yogiji's primary teachings: To move from individual consciousness into group consciousness to achieve universal consciousness. -- Blessings, Gurudatta

Guest guest
Wow -- I downloaded this " marching " version -- all the drums etc. was really distracting from the chant itself. I understand we were requested to chant to a marching " cadence " but this one was a bit much for me. Thanks for sharing, though. _____ Kundaliniyoga [Kundaliniyoga ] On Behalf Of Lou Eu Monday, February 16, 2009 9:18 PM Kundaliniyoga Kundalini Yoga Re: 1000 day meditation Satnam, I downloaded it from there and it was the full 11 minute meditation http://kriteachings <http://kriteachings.org/1000day/audio/1000day_dwnld.htm> ..org/1000day/audio/1000day_dwnld.htm Try to download it again, something must have gone wrong in the process.
