Guest guest
This is a four step process I like to give my beginners in yoga. 1. Focus on breath. Perform a 4-16-8-4 breath count where you breath in for four, hold in for 16, breath out for 8, and pause for 4. 2. Focus on a physical object, concentrate on looking at it until you can imagine it in your mind. 3. Think about the object and imagine it. Hold that thought for as long as you can. Do this with many objects until you can CONCENTRATE for a while. 4. CONCENTRATE on your own mind and take note of what you experience.
