Sat Nam!

 

I'm working with a student suffering from panick attacks and agoraphobia

and I've found some benefit with techiques from the book " Kundalini Yoga

Meditation: Techniques Specific for Psychiatric Disorders, Couples Therapy

and Personal Growth " by Shannahoff Khalsa.

 

I'd like to have from you all some advices from your experiences!

While this method is not Kundalini Yoga, it works, very fast. I have used if for

the last 4 years and gotten rid of asthma, colds, anger, emotions, panic

attacks, old memories, lack of energy anything you can think of.
