Guest guest Posted March 23, 2009 Report Share Posted March 23, 2009 Sat Naam~ I did read that with the Adi Mantra that it should be done in one breath, and that if one should have to take a breath to just take just a sip of air thru the mouth.This was the only time that I have heard this, not really sure why specifically it's thru the mouth... I know that this probably doesn't help much with answering your question, I just wanted to validate it as perhaps this is where you got your question about the breath during mantra.
