I hope its not being rude but your email address is expertofexpert and you didn't give your name - are you really a K yoga expert? I am sorry but I tend to be wary of advice that is stated with certainty in this business. If one kriya makes other kriyas unneccessary why would we have the other kriyas? I can see that Surdarshan Chakra Kriya & Sat Kriya have a bit in common because they work on our abdomen but they have differences too - S.K. = mantra/kneeling/non-stressed breathing S.C.K = mantra/sitting/stressed breathing. These 2 kriyas seem to be about releasing tension in the abdomen - something which for me is a very big problem. Neither of these alone will do this for me - I have done them and many other things and will do many other things again. I will go back to S.C.K. one day as it fascinates me - I want to try it more intensely. Yogi Bhajan's notes on it amuse and inspire me. Kirtan Kriya seems very different to me. Its my happy kriya I do it to come home to my peace. These seem to be 3 rather fundamental kriyas - doing them one after the other seems rather intense to me especially S.C.K and Sat Kriya. For my practice I would do one of those 2 for twice as long then deep relaxation then Kirtan kriya and I would feel very nice - but I am only a bit of a beginner. Keith.
