Sat Nam!

I too would like to know what is this nada(anahata)?

I have never heard of such a thing-?

I have been doing KY for 3 years,is there another name for it?

* the sound of silence that you hear in the neutral mind.

are we suppose to hear something-and when?during meditation?

*This is the sound of silence, the voice of the Infinite and the voice of your

soul. This is why we listen deeply. Below the thoughts we hear the one voice

of the Infinite and our soul. It contains and resonates with the qualities of

peace, neutrality, stillness, silence and stability.

We meditate on these qualities until they become embodied in our being and we

can operate out of this higher awareness of who we are in daily life.

I highly recommend subscribing to Guru Rattana On-line streaming video classes

and learn how to tune into your neutral channel. The classes on Libra deal with

this topic.

But so do all the other classes because access our neutral mind is one the the

most important goals of Kundalini yoga and any spritual practice.

Subscription in only $8 a month or $72 a year! There are 28 classes on-line and

many more coming up. We have been working on this project for two years.

Everyone, wherever you are, can take these classes with me and learn the inner

art of Kundalini yoga. go to www.yogatech.com

Blessings,

Guru Rattana :+)
