Guest guest
Has anyone ever heard of this? My friend has been practicing some basic warm-ups and a heart-opening exercise for the past week or so and she says that since then she has noticed having to go to the bathroom much more, especially in the middle of the night. Guest guest
No, but a friend of mine who is a chiropractor said that the heart chakra is associated with the water meridian and by doing the heart opening exercise everyday, she is stimulating that water meridian which is detoxing and cleansing her kidneys. Makes sense to me. Sat nam, Stephanie --- On Thu, 4/9/09, sail2617 <letitgrow wrote: sail2617 <letitgrow Kundalini Yoga Re: kundalini yoga causing an overactive bladder?
