Well, regular daily practice always eludes me, so I just squeeze in Hemi-Sync CDs at random whenever I can, which is about four times a week. Lying down, they generally start off with a 10-15 minute preparation at the start, which is a bit of progressive relaxation, a bit of OHMMM humming during exhales, some energy balloon construction and an affirmation, and then it's off to whatever state I can manage. I shuffle tingly awareness about a fair bit too, in traffic jams, between sleep cycles, any spare five minutes really. The channel of tingles up from my legs is particularly pronounced, and I think that must be what's set things in motion - they've got to be going somewhere... Guest guest
Hello Tom, Yes that sounds very much like a practice to me. Your own personal one 4 times a week. I to have worked with the Hemi-synch and it is a beneficial tool for OOBE and yet these 2 states are very closely aligned. So you may have stimulated the Kundalini. No worries and no accidents, you seem to be handling things well - , " etomireland " <singaporenoodles wrote: > > , " chrism " > <@> wrote: > > > > Hello Tom and welcome! Guest guest
Sat Nam-- you could check out some nearby Teacher training program (Is Boston/Millis, Mass. too far?) and become a teacher! Start your own classes and bless others as well as yourself. Sat Nam. Guest guest
Dear Brian, I found myself in a similar situation as you, a yoga practitioner from new england who wished to deepen my practice. I am taking classes with Guru Rattana online, and for me it has been life changing. Every day my practice brings me closer to the light within myself and clears away all other stresses. Just thought I'd share my experience and encouragement with you!
