Guest guest
They are excellent! Yes, I've been taking Guru Rattana's online classes whenever I don't feel like solitary yoga since there's no classes locally (when I can do teacher training, maybe that will be me offering classes locally). I'd highly recommend them to anyone (beginner on up) who wants to broaden their experience. Different teachers have different presentations based on their personal understanding and it's great to find this out. She is one of those precious teachers who knew Yogiji way back when. It's incredibly convenient to log on to a class whenever you want, 27/7, at www.yogatech.com! Every day my practice brings me closer to the light within myself and clears away all other stresses. Just thought I'd share my experience and encouragement with you!
