The R in Har should be rolled to sound like harrr

on an old kundalini book I have read the following mantra helps for unconscious

block concerning money:

 

har har har har wahe guru sat nam HA hari

 

The " Ha " seems to me strange.

The correct versione is not the following:

 

har har har har wahe guru sat nam HAR hari

No. the R is not rolled like it is in Spanish for example. It does not come

from the throat. Pronounce (or try to pronunce) the R with the tongue to the

front of the upper plate and it will come out right. It doesn't sound much like

what some of us consider an R and is more like the continuation of the H, but

that is it.
