I saw one copy on amazon.com and the seller wanted almost $60. Sometimes, they seem to get away with prices like that when a book is out of print. If you wouldn't mind mailing me a copy of the set - that would be wonderful - or if you can work your scanner - that would be fine, too! Guest guest Posted May 4, 2009 Report Share Posted May 4, 2009 Sat Nam! This set is essentially 3 exercises. 1. Focus on your breath of life for 3 minutes. 2. Frog pose 10 times and then 26 times. After the 10 times stay up and feel the energy in the spine as you do the locks. After the 26 times do the mulahandh in the down position. 3. Leg streches with the legs out in front for 3 minutes. Every KY kriya contributes to keeping your body beautiful. Done with love and attention to your feelings you will also cultivate satisfaction, happiness and peace.
