Guest guest
Sat Nam Nicolas, In the Basic Wake up series in Guru Rattana's " Transitions to Heart Centered " are a couple of postures that definitely work the throat and Thyroid. If done as a habit it is a preventative. Not so precisely sure what to do be done once one's imbalances, at the level of the etheric-thought-emotional, manifest on the gross physical level, though. I'd say see a professional. Ayurvedic is also good if you can find a competent practitioner. Nutrition is also something to look at. A many pronged approach is best. Guest guest
if she is pregnant then she shoud be medically monitored when pregnant. As a TCM and complementary practitioner, people with thyroid problems often have communication problems of some sort and liver energy is stuck. I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT any kriya woking on the lung/thyroid/neck area would be beneficial so would seeing a TCM/ Acupunturist or Ayurvedic practitioner, but I emphasise that if she is pregnant and not being monitored for her thyroid disorder she should be!
