Guest guest
SAT NAM Guru Rattana, I really would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your emphasis on " Listen Deeply " . This has significantly quitened my mind and it always puts me in the Present Moment being Aware of the moment. This brings me a feeling of Liberation. I always remind myself " Listen, Deeply Listen " to any sounds or any minute vibrations that is happening in the now. Its an amazing feeling, frees me and the more I listen the more answers I here. Its amazing. Again, Thank you. -Akkama http://omguru-reflections.blogspot.com/ Love,Light,Peace -- _,___
Guest guest
Dear Akkama, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with 'listen deeply.' I hope your sharing will inspire others to train themselves to pay attention in this way. Have you noticed that listening deeply awakens your feeling sensations? Many of us have noticed that as we listen deeply, we also start feeling deeply. The listening function actually activates the feeling function. It is all so interesting and magical. You have made a lot of progress! Many blessings, Guru Rattana :+)
