little help

what would u recomand for somebody who has problem with making friends , who is

not sociable, who suffers from anxiety , social phobia, anxiety with women,a

person with very strong emotions,a person who does not have to much fun,

problems with concentration. problems with confidance and self-esteem.

I would say do lots of yoga! Most of the things you listed are problems made

worse by neurosis / an accumulation stress. Kundalini yoga will slowly undo the

knots in your mind/body allowing you to spend more time 'in touch' with the

deeper calmer peaceful joyful sense of self that lives inside us all but gets

drowned out by all the blather of so called civilised life.

It takes a long time and lots of hard work but nothing I know of gets results as

quickly as Kundalini yoga!

Go for it - the sooner you start the sooner the joy comes. 40 day kriyas work

best - a regular daily practise.

How can kundalini yoga help in cancer mainly multiple mylema?

Navel center work is the best for self confidence which is needed by everyone.

I would only caution that an anxious person tends to be a very intellectual sort

of person (I'm speaking from personal experience here) meaning they center in

the head too easily, thereby getting lost in wrong thinking. For me, at first,

the navel center was a great place to focus during meditation, but I often found

the heart more helpful. Do some metta meditations, like focusing on a flower or

someone you know (avoid enemies and lovers at first) and feeling your heart fill

their being, eminating a wish for them to live fully and be happy. This does two

things: you stay out of your head and feel, and you grow you ability to love,

which will naturally spread to yourself. " Above all else, learn to love yourself

perfectly. "

 

Hope this helps, and take comfort in the fact that a person who use to suffer

from panic attacks (me) has arrived at the blissful state of remembering his

true self.

jus turn urself to god it works jus tell him everything and ask him for help

he will do it for u i was jus like that till last year in one years time all the

people around me are surprised the only thing i did was srrendered myself

totally to him do it and u will get the result

For anxiety apply the Kundalini Yoga technology and work with your

breathing. If you spend a conscious 3-5 minutes twice a day doing the

long deep breath. Inhale thru your nose and sink the first part of that

breath to the base of your lungs, which will push the diaphragm down and

open your belly, then keep filling up through the middle of your lungs

as your ribs expand, then finally the upper lung - fully and completely,

then start to exhale slowly from the upper lung, through the middle as

the ribs close down, then finally the air moves up from the base of your

lungs along with the diaphragm toward the heart (or releasing your belly

back to your spine as you exhale works too). As you exhale use the

opportunity to relax your shoulders, your face and your neck consciously

and completely. Then start again with your LDB.

 

After you feel good about the mechanics of the breath, then as you

inhale, mentally vibrate the sound Sat and exhale the sound Nam. At the

same time hear your breath simulate the sound of the ocean's waves -

inhale - the wave pulls back, exhale the waves push forward. You can do

this on your back in Corpse pose for 3-5 minutes two times a day, once

in the morning and once in the evening. Remember equal ratio breaths,

inhaling as much air as you exhale and that there is no hurry to do

this, but be diligent and do it every day. It should help decrease your

anxiety tremendously.
