The persistent practice of Radiance, Dissolution and Sunia, results in perfect abiding as single all pervasive Self

Persistent practice includes Laya (Radiance: feeling of both the pervasive

prana and deepening apana, and electric Sound current), Pratyahar

(dissolution thru breath simran)) and Study (inward reflection /

consideration) of scripture (i.e., the " hearing " (Sunia) of the Word (Nam).

When the first 2 are practices every day, gradually, the whole body fills

with light without attention, which light begins to meld and merge with the

eternal pervading prevailing Light through " hearing " (Sunia) which becomes

inward reflection (Mania), which becomes perfect abiding, as the Singularity

of All Pervasive non-dual Being.

The Real Self exists free, pervading everything by its essential

being (or nature); how can He be bound by Illusion?

 

 

 

Emptiness here, emptiness there, no difference
