Guest guest
Greetings to all! I was wondering if anyone has a recipe to make an oil that could be used in the shower to open the sinuses? Thank you and Sat Nam. Gina
Guest guest
Sat Nam Gina, Try Kubera Mudra, it opens and decongests the frontal sinuses. Place the tip of your thumbs, index finger and middle finger together. Bend the other two fingers so they rest in the middle of your hands, you do this with each hand. Hold the mudra for about 5 min and than relax. This mudra is also dedicated to the god of wealth Kubera. It is also know as the wish mudra, if you want to use this mudra for wish you can recite this affirmation, " I gave it my best and I let the rest be given to me " . There is no time limit on this one. Guest guest
Hello, I had a history of sinus difficulties. I hope what I'm about to tell you isn't against the rules of this list. Forgive me, please, if that is the case. I just want to help. Years ago, I went from doctor to doctor, was prescribed inhalers and myriad medications. For years, I went to the doctor's office, weekly, for allergy injections. I had sinus surgery sixteen years ago. The sinus surgery gave me only a small measure of relief. I couldn't understand why I couldn't rid myself of this menace. Four years ago I read the same advice over and over again from different authorities. The advice was to change my diet. I gave up all animal products and all added fats. I always ate a good amount of produce, even so, I increased the amount of raw fruits and vegetables I ate daily. Lo and behold! I have been without sinusitis and asthma from that time to this day. I decided to be my own experiment and this time I became the winner. Daily, I am grateful for this wonderful advice. I have to add that many other aspects of my health improved, as well. Guest guest
Absolutely, changing the diet worked miracles for me, too, and no longer do I go to an allergist for shots, take anti-histamines, or use steroids and broncho-dilators. For me it was banning dairy products and wheat. Cats are still a no-no, but other than that, I have my life back, after years of compromised health. Give it a try- you don't have much to lose and lots to gain.
