Hi, Sat nam,

I am not new, but haven't done yoga in a long time, and have been trying to talk

myself into doing it again.

If you would like to do a 40-day set with me, that might be helpful to both of

us. Doing it on my own, I always end up with some excuse, but if I make a

commitment to another person -

to do yoga every day for 40 days then I usually will fulfil that commitment.

You can e-mail me off-list if interested.

Thanks,

Kartar Kaur

Hi,

I have not practiced any kind of yoga for a long time. I would like to have a

partner to help motivate me.
