Kundalini Yoga Jet Lag

Hi,

Is there any meditation or Kriya suitable for rebalancing after a long haul

flight.

Thanks for any help

Sat Nam,

There is a formula given by YB.

Drink big glass of juice of fresh grapefuit.

Wait until you urinate.

Then get in a warm bathtub with water above your navel.

Pump alternate legs up and down for at least 20 minutes. The formula is 20

minutes for the first 5 hours time difference and 5 minutes for each extra hour.

Take a cold shower.

Do Sat Kriya for 5 minutes.

Sleep for at least 4-5 hours.

I did this last year when I went to Europe.

I did it about 1 in the afternoon, slept til 5, got up, at dinner, went to be

early and was perfectly fine the next day and there after. I have done it years

ago to. It always works for me.

When going West, it is good to do it before going to bed and then sleep the

night.

Blessings,

Hi,

Thanks for the formula for Jet Lag, always find it difficult after a long haul

flight, so will definitely give it a go, I arrive early in the morning so the

timing sounds good..

Thanks again

Sat Nam Guru Rattana,

When you say " pump alternate legs up and down " , what is this motion?

Is there alternate bending of the knees?

Any details will be helpful.

Dharam

Dear Darren and Dharam,

Darren, Yes, let us know once you have tried it.

Dharam, There is not much else you can do when sitting in a bathtub but to bend

one knee at a time and bring it up toward your chest and then lower it and bring

up the other knee. Actually you one knee comes up as the other goes down. Try

it. I know you will get it. :+)
