Guest guest
Namaste; I am responding to your request for a brief intro-- I missed out in the early 70's when I was within walking distance of the ashram. I instead went the path Yogi Bhajan predicted and am in a women's shelter in Omaha. Mentally ill, spiritually defunct, and homeless. However, clean and sober. I have taken Kundalini Yoga and am dedicated at this junction in my life to following it and passing it on. Thanks for caring, Jaya (Jennie)
Guest guest
Sat Nam Jaya, Thank you for sharing who you are and for sharing your experience here and with others. I sense a teacher in the making. Kundalini yoga has so enriched my life and my sobriety. Yogi Bhajan's teachings and 12 steps intertwine in such a lovely way. Guest guest
Sat Nam, Jaya, I love your message! It is great you are a KY teacher. It seems you have lived enough to share Kundulini yoga with others, while empowering them from the solid foundation of your own life experience.
