Hi superkuma777,

Are you trying to focus on some object? Avoid it at first.

As long as you are relaxed, just simply let your monkey mind play to its full

extent.

Just sit and observe ( follow it) the images and feelings etc without

attachment, noting it, let it play/change, note it.....

Practise until the monkey gets " fedup " of your noting it !

Then you can do your focussing if you want....

My view, is to avoid focus totally. When in meditation just sit ( after all

the relaxation preliminaries) without any thoughts but be aware of all that

your senses pick up, note it that you are aware.

Good luck.

Light, life and love,

SG

Sat Nam,

Go into your neutral channel and then pick a quality that feels good -- neutral,

stable, peaceful, still, etc. And pay attention to and then feel that quality in

your mind and body.

And then take the classes on Guru Rattana On-line, I explain it all.

Blessings,

Guru RAttana :+)
