I have found now just how much the simplest actions make a very big difference. I am in a situation where there is no place to do asanas. However, just doing the breathing has benefited me immensely. Funny how now that I can't do Kundalini Yoga, it is all I think about! Guest guest
Dear Jennie and Veronica, Sat Nam. Many thanks for your encouragement. I can assure you that I will not give up Kundalini Yoga. Pranayaam Yoga, which I was doing for many years are actually Yoga practices without longing for Kundalini Energy and concentration. I was doing 1. Bhastrika 2-3 minutes. 2. Kapal Bhati 5+5+5 = 15 minutes. 3. Vahya Pranayam. 3-5 times 4. Anulom Vilom 5+5= 10 minutes. 5. Bhramari . 3 to 5 times. I have tasted wonderful results in terms of improvements in my health and medical parameters. Therefore it is logical that I now strive for the greatest benefit of Yoga by igniting Kundalini Energy, with the help and guidance of you friends. Sat Nam.
