Guest guest
Dear Vesali, Your message was not clear. I have tried to understand. Did you you mean to say that You want to help people. To do that you feel that you have to ..... 1. I should help myself. 2. I should not be angry. 3. Do not bother other people unnecessarily. 4. Be in good mode to enable myself to take better (right) decisions. If you meant the above. It is essentially correct. But you can start helping others while you perfect the above four actions for self improvement. Meditation will surely help. Best Wishes. Guest guest
Dear Hari Bhargava; I have similar intentions, however, I am presently in a shelter where is very loud and unsettling. There is never a moments peace. The people there all see themselves as victims and avoid me because I don't. How do I meditate and keep my peace in such a situation? I need it more than ever here and find myself tense and scattered most of the time. Guest guest
Dear jaya, You are in a difficult situation because the shelter is noisy. * First thing is to accept your situation because in short run you can not do anything about it. * Second select a time for meditation when it is comparatively quiter..say early in morning. * Third find a quiter corner of the shelter...say in Garden or roof or a room which can be locked and start meditation. * Fourth do not be unduly upset if somebody still disturbs you. If you ignore it, you will find that such things do not affect you. Fifth...and most important. I am a very keen and devoted student of KY and not an expert. So please take my advise in this context.
