I did meditation this morning with the advice you gave me Thank you very much for Guru Rattana's advice, I brought neutral peaceful feeling and did meditation. What a difference! I really enjoyed the meditation. I am considering taking the class. Thank you very much for satishkumar_sharma7, the advice to watch the mind. the focus shifted and then I could see the garbage that I was creating. but on the opposite side, I felt something very stable.
