Does anybody have any suggestion on how to raise your energy level when is very

low?

Yogi Bhajan said that sexual energy is the only energy that can be converted to

spiritual energy. it sounds like both you guys have enormous potential to get

connected and live an amazing life. Sometimes we just need to experience lots of

different ways of living before we figure out what will really make us happy. I

know I did.

I agree that sat kriya is a good place to start I also found breath of fire,

alternate nostril breathing, med for a calm heart and the guru ram das mantra

instrumental in helping me balance my fire energy.

You guys are together for a reason it is great that you can help each other.

Sat Nam,

 

Thanks every one. I really needed to choose a kriya with a pranayama and or

 meditation, because I some times do the Sat kriya and then a meditation that

will completely put me out.

 

But with your suggestions I can try them and see how I feel.

Sat Nam, Hari Narayan,

 

For me, " Paranayam Energizer Series " brings a lot of prana and energy in the

body even if I cut the time for each exercise in 1/2.

Here it is:

0 Tune in with Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo (3 times :)

1 Breath of fire (7 min)

2 Long deep breathing (5 min)

3 Pucker the lips and immediately deeply inhale through them. Exhale through the

nose. (3 min)

4 Breath of fire (2 min)

5 Breath awareness. Meditate on the flow of breath as you relax and it settles

into a normal rhythm. Feel the subtle pathways of the breath through the body.

Sense the breath as motion and experience the different kind of energy flow in

every organ and cell. (5 min)

You can try and see how it works for you :-)
