Guest guest
Sat Nam Jis I am asking You this question because i have met many wise people from kundalini yoga. I chose the wording helful/unhelpful over good/bad, I am making samyama now on passion. In my efforts, my passion is nice for sometime, but i feel i suffer also. I am observing people with addictions are usually passionate. In classical yoga always there is a prefernce for dispassion. but i have heard kundalini yogis talk about passion in a good way. so i am trying to be balanced. In some ways, when you are 'perfect' its really hard to have friends. maybe i will try to practice detatched passion.
