I have read bits and pieces of the Kundalini Awakening all over the net and I am

now filled with a thousand approaches from spinal breathing to Kundalini Asanas.

I am now totally confused and frustrated because I don't think that any natural

process needs to be so shrouded in mystery.

 

Is there a step by step process to the kundalini awakening?

Yes it can be frustrating when new, there seems to be so much - where to start?

 

I recommend you start with Guru Rattan's class or free lessons online.

With either approach you will get a safe, systematic introduction to Kundalini

Yoga.

There are many sites online which do not follow Yogi Bhajan's teaching, and

there are some which could be dangerous, in my opinion.

So I suggest you try out the yoga at this site, and you will be getting the real

thing.
