Guest guest
Oh, one more thing. It seems that Kirtan Kriya is good for sooo many things - allmost like a Universal Tonic, <g>. I am presently drinking St. John's Wart for my nerves. Perhaps I had just somehow better get back to practicing KY.......or is there something specific that's better? - my time is soo tight these days! Guest guest
Sat Nam, Serena, It is only you who knows what is best for you at this time. Listen to your soul. The ego's voice is fear, anger, anxiety based. Your soul " talks " in a very calm voice. When you " hear " it you KNOW what to do. Do a KY class (online, with a group, or by yourself) to quiet yourself, sit down and listen. You will hear and KNOW what is right for you at this time. Indeed, I have been so chaotic over the past year, that I had forgotten how to tune in to my soul. (being homeless didn't help, either,<g>)Your reminder is so apt. I have come home again to KY, and re-started my daily practice. I found my soul's joy as I was doing my Sat Kriya for ridding my cold, and I am once again balanced and calm, and able to discern my correct approach. I am at peace again, and I feel secure in that. Guest guest
Sat Nam Serena; I too am homeless at this time in this life. I am living in a women/men's shelter with children too. There is no place to do asanas. Fortunately I have a truck (but not gas[?]), so I use that quiet space to meditate. I practice the breathing also. However by the afternoon, and especially evening, I feel like a python is rising in me and not the Kundalini serpent. May you be blessed and guarded by God.
