Om Sound

Greetings to all,

 

I am a student and I usually stay up all night as this is

when I can concentrate and write better. For quite a

while, around 3:00 am, I will hear the om sound. It is

constant and lasts for hours. Once in a while, I will also

hear chanting or prayer. Does anyone have any input on

this?

Dear Sir/Mam

I think in arbic language the meaning of OM is " mother " [in my country(iran) we

speak persian but we use a lot of arabic words]

Aroud 7 months ago i went to a meditatin class and one of the way that our

teacher teach is: ' close our eyes and with a loud voice we say ommm....mm for

20 minutes' at the begging the sound is loud and when the time continue voice

come down ....Many thinks it was a strong way for meditation

with love peace & prosperity to you and your family

I have heard the Om sound referred to as the " Universal Sound of God " .

 

I will try the mediation you shared.
