Guest guest
Sat Nam! How are you all today? I'm doing very well! I wanted to ask if anyone could send me the instructions and description/ comments for simram-pranayama (ungali pranayama). I had Relax and Renew but I left it in Virginia when I was visiting there and its sort of a bummer... I really, really love the meditations and sets in that particular book. For one reason or another I have been thinking about that meditation a lot and have been searching the web for details but the only thing I could find was written in Dutch... So if anyone could help me out with that... that would be fantastic :+) May the creative spirit in you inspire your actions and bless your life! With Love, Harkirat Singh. Guest guest
Hello, If the webpages are only in dutch, you could use a translator: http://translate.google.com/ and if that doesn't work, then I could translate it for you. Tho I am not so good at english and the outcome will probably be worse than that of a translator . Hope this helped. Love, Jovan Maric

Guest guest
I could make out enough of this Dutch writing to recognize it as a meditation Ravi Singh and Ana Bret had on their website last year. They called it 16 part breath, although it involves 15 sniffs in silently repeating SA, 15 out repeating TA, 15 in with NA, and 15 out with MA while focusing on your third eye. I do it just about every day. I find it makes your my mind let go of its grip as the tempo of breath slows and gives me a vaster, more ego-free viewpoint. Very cool. Ravi said, " Sublime states are not just for saints. " If you'd like more details, contact them at Raviana.com, they are quite responsive and happy to help.
