Guest guest
Check this out: http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/ This is info. on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, used to help many intestinal issues. The author used it on her own daughter who also had severe Crohn's, I believe. Not exactly Yogic, but certainly holistic. Guest guest
Evening. I have spent a year with doctors, medications, hospital stays, and various tests to find out I have Crohn's. I have already had my large intestine removed in 2002. I have tried (briefly) yoga, tai chi, and some various forms of meditation. My problem is my insides never allow my the needed time to achieve some kind nof peace. Would anyone know of a basic and relatively simple way to start? Thanks for listening. Guest guest
Sat Nam Wayne, Since no one answered you, here is my basic and VERY necessary advice :- Please make sure that you leave at least seven hours between meals. By meals I include also drinks other than water. This will help give your digestive tract a chance to heal if the healing conditions are there.- You do not mention your diet but it should definitely exclude any type of artificial sweeteners, including glucose which is now present in all manufactured foods and is nowadays " enriched " with artificial sweeteners not mentioned on labels.- You should find help in at least 90 days nonstop of " Healthy Bowel System " . Found here for example : http://www.pinklotus.org/-%20KY%20Kriya%20for%20a%20Healthy%20Bowel%20System.h\ tmBest wishes,Kalliopi --- On Fri, 7/31/09, Wayne <wablumen wrote: Wayne <wablumen Kundalini Yoga Crohn's disease Kundaliniyoga Friday, July 31, 2009, 8:08 PM Evening.
