Hi all, sat nam!

I seem to recall mention of a book about managing addiction through

kundalini yoga and meditations. Can someone refresh my memory and

provide a link as to where I can purchase?

Thanks so much in advance

Erin,

I'm not sure about a book, but I do know from personal experience that the

daily practice of kundalini yoga is extreamly helpful in letting go of

addictions.

For me personally it was the excercise set for maintaining a flexible spine

from the kundaliniyoga.org site along with the Sat Nam kriya and the Kirtan

kriya that helped sooth my soul and release all my tension and pain.

Blessings and Light to you and yours,

-- Chad

Sat Nam!

I know these two books:

- " Mending Alcoholism and Substance Abuse " by Deva Singh Khalsa

- " Meditations for Addictive Behavior " by Mukta Kaur Khalsa

You can find them on http://www.spiritvoyage.com

Blessings!
