Sat Nam ji,

A breech can be encouraged to shift positions after 37 weeks, particularly if

the mother is very relaxed.  It is helpful to take pulsatilla 30x.

Take a warm bath, and come in to cow pose ( in the tub).. Begin cat/ cow 1

minute, rest for a  short breaks in cow pose in between sets, allowing the belly

to rest in the warm water, repeat three times.

Remain in cow pose and rotate the hips in small circles for  3min.  Following

the bath, the mother may do  a pelvic lift and support the lower back with a

yoga ball, (semi-deflated is easier), or an inversion table, rest in this pose

for 3-11 minutes.

During all yoga sets, the eye focus should be at the third eye to stimulate the

pituitary, releasing Oxytocin.  Use long deep breathing, inhaling and exhaling

using the mantra Sat Nam.  Mantra also stimulates the pituitary, when the tip of

the tongue hits the upper palate, thus releasing endorphins for further

relaxation.

The mother can rest on her side, as  a modified shivasana following these

activites. Meditate on ''Head Down, Back to Belly, Hands Over Heart. "   (the

baby's ideal

birthing posture).

When sitting around the house do not slouch or lean back, remain well supported

with pillows.  Do not use any squatting postures.

There are a couple of other helpful techniques and homepathics that I would like

to share with you please email me sierrakundaliniyoga, for further

individual consultation.

I will be traveling, but available to return calls, at 775-772-9764 for the

next two weeks.
