Introduction

I was raised as what I now refer to as a " fundy " ; strict, bible believing folk.

 

This intro is what we would have called a testimony. And so it is. Divine

Wisdom, by any of His/Her many names has been calling me always, and about 7

years ago I began to rediscover connecting to Him and my own Self through

excersize and stretching that wasnt really my own movement.

 

I would wake up at night just resonating with an energy that had to be expressed

in motion. I can't really describe it better.

 

About 4 months after this began, and I had not really spoken of it to anyone, I

came home from work and my wife was watching a video she had purchased from Ravi

Singh, and so I began to understand I was reliving ancient truths.

 

I live and work in northeast ohio and have pleasant daily practice, some part of

every day is outside, and I relish breathing and being part of everything when I

stay connected. I have my share of off days, trying thoughts, and anxieties, but

here I am, seeking truth and peace, within and without, aiming at life with

honor. I often feel alone in the conscious part of this search, and so I have

joined this group.
