Thanks so much all for the help and good advises.

I am getting the book from David Shanhoff-Khalsa:>

Kundalini Yoga Meditation: Techniques Specific for Psychiatric Disorders,

Couples Therapy, and Personal Growth.

I had a look on the chapters and it seems very complete about mental health.I am

delighted for the information.

Thank you.

God Bless all.

Vanessa.

I'm happy you'll be working with David.

I also suggest you do some research, do not believe everything the doctor and

the drug companies tell you about how 'you need medication all your life " , or

even any of your life.

Check out for example Peter Breggin and read about thousands of people who do

not need medication. All medication does is blur the symptoms. Yoga and therapy

will get you to the root of what is wrong. All the evidence documents that there

is no such thing as a biological " imbalance " in the brain.

Do some research so you will not be unnecessarily medicated. Peter Breggin and

others have worked with thousands of people diagnosed with " bi-polar "

" schizophrenia " and other so-called illnesses.

Do not stop your medication except under a doctor's care. But find a good

doctor, not someone who gets their information from the drug companies.

Good luck to you.
