Guest guest
I am starting to work through this book with the first chakra. I have no teachers available to me, so the only way for me to explore Kundalini is through DVDs, book, and internet sources. I'm wondering if the exercises and meditations found in each chakra can be done alone. I know kriyas have a certain order, but do some of the kriyas or all of them for that matter absolutely need to be done with others, or can they be done individually. I'd like to work 40 days with the first chakra, then move to the second. I'd also like to keep doing my regular DVD/Internet video practice. I've done Gurmukh's regular Kundalini DVD, Maya Fiennes, and yogatoday with Sarah Kline (doesn't seem authentic to me though), and now doing Nirankar Kaur's (April Bernardi)DVD. I'm trying to decide which ones I need to purchase. I'm considering looking into the internet options of Guru Rattana too. So, my question is, how do I start utilizing the kriyas and meditations in 8 Human Talents best?
