this is Yogi Bhajan's more technical description of what the effects of

doing simran for different lengths of times and for the number of days.

But it doesnt really matter how we understand it, the important thing is to

get up to at least 2.5 hrs of meditation in the early hours a day, plus some

more in the evening. This changes us completely for the better.

 

Also, I found this uplifting!

 

I tend to associate Bhangra with getting drunk and self-centred behaviour,

but take away those elements and do sat naam and dance in the love of the

lord.
