Guest guest
Sat Nam, I've only been practicing KY for about a month now but it seems that this past week has brought on minor crises in several areas of my life, work, relationships, etc. I mean four or five things of consequence that must be dealt with immediately or there will be unwanted consequences. Kind of overwhelming. I've not noticed so much of a physical/mental/spiritual change except for the feeling of had a nice, mild workout and an inner calming experience. Is it possible that there is a correlation of my yoga practice and an impact on my life this way? So soon? Am I crazy? Thank you, Lee
Guest guest
Dear Lee, I've only been practicing KY for about a month * Just in time! Yogi Bhajan told us " I never told you you wouldn't have problems. I told you you would be able to get through them with the practice of KY. " now but it seems that this past week has brought on minor crises in several areas of my life, work, relationships, etc. * sounds like you have been in denial for a long time. * It is wake up time on planet Earth. With the last 3 eclipses everything is changing for everyone. So don't feel signaled out as the only one. I mean four or five things of consequence that must be dealt with immediately or there will be unwanted consequences. Kind of overwhelming. * That's where KY daily practice comes in, so you can handle it. I've not noticed so much of a physical/mental/spiritual change except for the feeling of had a nice, mild workout and an inner calming experience. * Inner calm, that is important. Is it possible that there is a correlation of my yoga practice and an impact on my life this way? So soon? Am I crazy? * You are not crazy. And everything would have come down anyway. It the nature of the times. Be grateful you have a spiritual practice and align everyday. You will be fine. Blessings, Guru Rattana :+)
Guest guest
Ahhhhh! Your wisdom is clear. The path is slowly clearing. I have to ponder where I may be in denial in each aspect.
