Guest guest
Hello All, I wish to share with you some of the things I have been experiencing. A while ago, I had contracted a strong virus (head cold) just prior to going on vacation. Another factor, was that after a chaotic year of being homeless for six months (after abuse and eviction by my son-in-law)and now finally being in my own home, I had let go of my daily KY practice. So, with kind advice from this network, I used Sat Kriya for the cold and got immediate good results, which none-the-less faded, until the cold worked itself out within three weeks, though with each use of Sat Kriya, I did experience temporary lung clearing - AMAZING! (I have a compromised imune system). Then recently, I developed extreme sadness and uncontrollable weeping spells. I felt that I had better re-start my KY practice to get back to normal. The first day of Kirtan Kriya, I wept throughout. I believe the sadness was purged. Now I am fine, and I know I must keep on doing my KY for sanity and serenity. But I am happy to do it - I am only happy when I do it, LOL. Question: In " The Flow of Eternal Power " Kirtan Kriya is not titles Kirtan Kriya, but as " Meditation for Change " . - any explanations? Another Question: I read at one time to use the " Venus Lock " , but I can not find a description of it anywhere. Who knows what Venus Lock is? Guru Rattana?
