Ver Tips,

 

Adding mudras to your practice is a good idea, it involves a lot of patients and

and it is Sikh and YB oriented.

Hrihi om. There is no specific as such. However if you can sit in Padmasana

for atleast 15 to30 minutes comfirtably, it would suffice your primary

requirement. The easy mudra is just Sahaja posture in which you are more

comfirtable to sit during your kundalini prakriyas. Have blissful life -
