Sat Nam...

I came accross the following mantra 'Alak, Baba Sri Chand, Derak' which is said

to send negativity back to the originator. It stated that this can be used for

situations that are unintentional as well as intentional!

Apparantly Yogi Bajan used this mantra.

I've not been able to find any information about this - can anyone help? Also

would sending negative energy back compound the situation instead of creating

healing? Does this mantra return the energy with a healing/loving vibration?

Any clarification would be greatly appreciated

Sat Nam...

Sat Nam, Julie,

You have to say this mantra out loud, not more than once per day, outside of

your house, in the direction of the person (situation) you are working on

correcting. Make sure nobody else is around when you are doing it. I heard that

the mantra is very powerful, and should be shared rather orally and with great

care. I think the mantra works on transforming the energy of the situation, by

giving those involved in it tools to better understand it. One doing harm to

you, will get the same for himself. Please pray for all of us that got you

message today, that we will be healthy, happy and well.

Love,

Prem Siri
