through Kundalini yoga.

We offer Kundalini teacher trainings as well as Kundalini yoga classes every

day!

We have Aquarian sadhana the last Sunday of each month - we start at 5 am.

 

Yoga House has been open for 4 years and we have a great group of well trained

teachers and a rich sangat of yogis.

 

I am posting this to the DC group and the International Group because so often

Kundalini yogis as far as Los Angeles or Kansas City or Tennessee are known to

pop in while doing business or visiting family in Washington DC.

 

Our next Teacher Training starts December 4th! We'd love to have you as part of

our training taught by myself (Elizabeth/Gurumukh Kaur) along with Sada Sat

Singh and Kaur.
