Hello

Recently after I?started?practicing Sitali breath, I?began to experience jaw

pain when opening and closing my mouth.? I took a break for a few days and

started to practice the breath on a more regular basis. I have gained back the

flexibility in my jaw and the pain has gone away. My question is, Does this

breath realign the jaw?and strengthen it?
