KY Classes in Abu Dhabi??

Dear All,

 

I would like to practice Kundalini Yoga, but unfortunately I am living in

Abu Dhabi, UAE and could not find a proper place or center for study and

practice yoga. Any body can help me to pass information about Kundalini Yoga

Center in UAE or Dubai where I can practice Yoga.

6 or 8 course set teaching Kundalini yoga?

It can at least get you started. I too do not have a teacher in my area, I would

have to travel too far to get to them. So, until I move, I am going to teach

myself. See if you can befriend someone, even on here that teaches it or has

been doing it for sometime and they will help you during your journey and

hopefully be able to assist you in answering any questions you may have during

your integration.

 

I have a friend in Texas that is helping me, I am in Michigan.
