Guest guest
I love the IDEA of the master cleanse but can't do it due to the ingredients. I can not have the pepper... does anyone know another safe and effective alternative? I suggest you read the book " The Complete Master Cleanse " by Tom Woloshyn before you attempt it. It is not a fast but it is a liquid diet. The first 3 days can be a challenge but after that you feel wonderful. I did it a few months ago for 13 days and will be doing it again after the holidays. It is important to follow the directions because if you do it your own way, you may not get the desired results. I tried it a few years ago, prior to reading the book and skipped parts that I wasn't fond of. Although I still received some benefits, I know now that I didn't truly cleanse my system. You can google Master Cleanse and find lots of info and opinions about it. I've tried other kinds of cleanses with shakes and stuff and they did nothing for me. Good luck with your cleansing journey! ~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~ ~~ Linda Finsel 607-743-1317 'May Peace Prevail On Earth'

Guest guest
This has worked for me and many, many others. If interested find a good rep to work with. I can recommend one, who happens to be a nurse( Dharm Khalsa (928) 774-5694 ) When I first did this cleanse in '96, pains disappeared that I had trying unsuccessfully, even with weekly acupuncture, to manage for 5 years! Additionally, I lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks and my outlook (emotional realm) really, really cleared up. A good friend who I turned onto this diet even said " I'm seeing God! " . I have a number of very moving testimonials to share, but they are kinda personal. People talk about life changes. This approach is amazing http://www.sahej.com/The_Cleanse_Brochure.pdf Bless, Dharam Singh www.gongology.com baleada1 wrote: > hey, > > I am looking for cleansing of the colon or digestive system. I want to know if there are any yogic or alternative medicine recipes that target cleansing of the digestive tract(besides fasting). This would be very useful to me, as it will allow me to reduce any bloating and to level my emotions for meditation practice. any comments or links will be helpful > > >
