Dear Raj Inder,

Welcome to the wonderful world of Kundalini yoga.

Suggestion for new students -- relax and enjoy the awakening process. Be in

gratitude for each experience of consciousness. There is always more. Enjoy

the moment.

I suggest my book 'The Destiny of Women is the Destiny of the World. " for

inspiration for your women and young girls.

Also you can take classes with me on line by subscribing to Guru Rattana On-Line

at www.yogatech.com We have over 50 classes on line! Its very inexpensive.

Start with the beginning classes.

Our Kundalini Rising Teacher Training will be in Big Island Hawaii May 22-June

17, 2010. We are working on updating the site at this moment. We will email

everyone when it is ready.

Many blessings,

Guru Rattana :+)
